The human potential and high level of skill of VGP’s employees is the undoubted foundation of the company’s success. That is why the company pays great attention to improving the professional skills of its employees and conducts regular training and education.

Thus, from April 25 to April 27, a large-scale training of the company’s sales team was held in Lutsk, and the key points and specifics of production were considered. In particular, much attention was paid to the production process, the intricacies of using different raw materials for each type of product and the principles of operation of the main equipment on which the finished products of TM Ruta are manufactured.

This event helped to bring together sales employees from all over Ukraine in one place, which allowed not only fruitful training, but also to unite the team even more and share their sales experience in a particular region of the country.

But the meeting was not all about training. The managers of different regions played a friendly football match, full of energy and determination of each team. Finally, all employees visited the historical sites of the famous city, including Lutsk Castle, which dates back to 1085.

Thanks to such events, the company becomes more united, and the team’s professionalism is constantly growing, which allows it to set and achieve new goals.
