At the end of last year, VGP hosted an excursion for Lutsk schoolchildren to visit one of Ukraine’s largest enterprises producing hygiene products – toilet paper, paper towels, table napkins and facial tissue, handkerchiefs and other pulp products.

This fascinating tour was organized together with the Lutsk Territorial Community as part of the international project “Enterprising Children: Lutsk – Lublin” project, which introduces schoolchildren to the leading manufacturing enterprises of Volyn.

During the visit, the children saw the heart of the production and witnessed the creation of a wide range of products.

The skilled and dedicated employees of PJSC VGP told the children that the company manufactures products under the Ruta brand name. The company’s products are known for their high quality, which is achieved through the use of 100% natural raw materials and the production process on advanced Italian and German equipment. Due to its high quality, the company’s products are exported to more than 22 countries and receive positive feedback abroad.

During the tour, the children were impressed by the high level of automation of the production process and the use of modern technologies. They also learned about the importance of environmental protection and the strict environmental standards that the company adheres to. At the same time, it was nice to hear the young visitors ask in-depth questions about the production process, including the specifics of production, raw materials and their environmental friendliness.

At the end of the tour, each of the schoolchildren received a gift made at the facilities of one of the largest paper producers in Ukraine.

Overall, the tour was a valuable educational experience for the children, providing insight into the production of hygiene products and the role of technology and innovation in modern industry.
