JSC "VGP" (TM Ruta) has launched a new production line Gambini production of toilet paper and paper towels.

The company operates in Lutsk street Georgy Gongadze.

The official opening took place on Thursday, 12 September.

As the general director Ilya Miretskiy, by modernizing production facilities of PJSC "VGP" increase the volume of production of paper products for sanitary purposes in more than four times that amount to 16 to 20 million rolls per month, and will release the Ukrainian market paper towels which are able to absorb and retain moisture seven times greater than its own weight.

"Our company takes the leading position of manufacturing of paper products for sanitary purposes, and for us it is very important to constantly work towards improving both product quality and to improve the business processes in the company. Therefore, even in 2012, JSC "VGP" modernized production of table napkins, now invested in opening new production facilities more than eight million dollars. Now, the overall performance of the company will be about 2,000 tons of paper per month. In the nearest plans of the company - production of new improved products and increased market share in Ukraine and neighboring countries ", - said opening general director of JSC" VGP "(TM Ruta) Ilya Miretskiy.

Upgraded line will also produce a number of new products that will provide customers the ability to save when buying packages of large formats. In addition, the plans of JSC "VGP" - for the market launch of the new format on 12 and 16 rolls of toilet paper, and for major retailers - release package in 24 rolls.

Modernization of JSC "VGP" was held in partnership with the world leader in machinery for the paper industry - the Italian company Gambini.

According to Ilya Miretskiy, a feature of the new technology is that the line makes for a fairly short period of time to move from making one product to another, while saving up to 50% of the production time.

Sale vyhotovlyatymetsya on new facilities will go under the brand Ruta. Premium products will be produced under the sub-brand Ruta Selecta.
